You'll identify new business and project opportunities with new clients and develop and maintain business and project opportunities for existing clients. You'll operate in an autonomous role, owning defined scope and outcomes, making aligned decisions centered in value. Being at the center of our clients, their wants, needs, worries and aspirations, you'll promote a human centric mindset in everything you do. Thanks to your impressive expertise, you truly understand the needs of software and platform organizations, using your empathy and experience. What also motivates you? Extensive experience in Software and Platforms or related, ideally experience or an interest in team management and talent development Know-how in delivering projects and programs with skills focused on client relationship management, value creation, delivery excellence and risk management Distinct understanding of data driven consulting through data literacy, data strategy and storytelling utilizing data points Interest in industry trends, and an ability to develop and bring market relevant points of view to clients Knowledge in Marketplace, B2B Software as Service, B2B Sales and Customer Service, Food Delivery/Ride Sharing platforms, virtual reality, augmented reality and the Metaverse flexible working hour models remote working parental leave & child care options workplace culture that supports diversity & inclusion the option of mentoring newcomers and leading projects
