Establish self and act as the point of contact for assigned IX business on trade-related matters Lead trade operations and provide compliance oversight for the assigned IX business to ensure compliance with trade control laws and regulations Establish and maintain trade operations and compliance activities in accordance with Accenture policies, procedures, and controls, in collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the IX business and in close consultation with the Global Trade Compliance team Operationalize GTC program requirements within IX business including appropriate integration of the Export Compliance & Tracking Tool (ECATT) for product classifications and tangible/intangible exports Obtain and manage export authorizations, and implement adequate controls for the assigned IX business to comply with license requirements Work with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality & Risk and other functions as needed within the IX business to identify, evaluate, and administer trade controls effectively Establish and maintain relationships with internal functions to encourage awareness of trade operations requirements and compliance issues Monitor local trade compliance regulatory and legislative changes, assess the potential impact to the IX business and determine the necessary actions and communications to the appropriate stakeholders in coordination with GTC Participate in trade compliance audits (internal and external) and manage corrective action plans Develop and administer export/trade compliance training as required for the assigned IX business
