Client Experience Lead Procurement (all genders)
Head up the entire procurement services. You will be responsible for all procurement services delivered in the German-speaking market. Manage stakeholders' risk. You will manage stakeholder risk, along with procurement delivery. You will also be coordinating transformation projects. Support operations in delivering financially viable contracts. By drawing on your ability to manage and provide financial outcomes including delivering efficiencies, you will support the operational management team in all contract-related aspects. Deliver excellent customer service. To help Accenture Operations grow, you will be providing exceptional service delivery and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. Help foster talent. By building and leading a positive work environment, you will influence high employee engagement which supports Accenture's retention and diversity targets.
You have a bachelor's or a master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, etc. You have extensive experience in interacting with key clients and building strong relationships across the organization. You bring broad know-how in delivering Procurement Source to Pay offerings and possess a good track record in managing service delivery performance. You are well-versed in working with matrix organizations that deal with multiple service lines, managers, and knowledge of shared services operating models. You stand out through excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
